Refund policy
All products sold through Love in the Fields Publishing, including books, apparel, and merchandise, are created per purchase using a print on demand method. Since each piece is custom produced, every sale is final except as stated below.
Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, adjusted, or modified. Returns are not accepted, and refunds are not provided. This guideline applies to all print on demand products, including books, T shirts, and other merchandise.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, a replacement will be provided. To request this, contact support within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the damage, defect, or printing error. After approval, a new item will be sent at no additional charge. A replacement is the sole resolution available for print on demand concerns. Refunds are not issued.
Love in the Fields is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete addresses entered at checkout, carrier delays, or parcels marked delivered but later reported missing. Please verify shipping information carefully before finalizing your purchase.
